The Thai Home Design team have recently completed a modern enclosed home in Central Pattaya
The customer contacted the team requesting advice for his recently purchased plot of land. The team met the client at his plot to get a feel for the property and have an initial sit down to discuss various options and ideas.
After the initial sit down our design department put together a 3D design concept incorporating everything that was discussed and after an exchange of submissions backward and forwards the customer confirmed the design and the architect went to work.
The customer originally was planning a one level property but due to the lack of space on the small plot our design team suggested a two-story property to maximize the space.
By minimizing the area that a one-level property would have required the team was able to add a small swimming pool and terrace much to the satisfaction of the client.
This also allowed the team to design a modern low maintenance landscaped garden.
One concern that the customer had was the worry of being overlooked by surrounding properties, this was solved by adding an additional screen to the properties perimeter wall, completely encapsulating the property.
The team opted for a minimalistic approach using as much glazing as possible to let in natural light that really opened up the property giving it an airy fill.
A floating staircase was designed and installed, which acted as a beautiful feature in the middle of the ground floor of the property, with the addition of pillars with a brushed steel bottom.
For the colour and tiling scheme a white tile design was chosen along with a grey Sandwash for the pool and outside terrace area.
