I engaged Thai Home Design for a decidedly less than glamorous, rescue mission–complete a build project already in progress, not yet finished. The previous unscrupulous, Thai designer/contractor with no moral and professional integrity abandoned the project mid-steam, without warning or reason. Of course, this was after them delivering far less output versus progress payments made, and not always to the agreed design and materials spec. I’d be happy to divulge that contractor’s name should anyone have an interest.

I’m exceptionally pleased with THD and the project outcome. At all levels of their team, they deliver their services in a highly professional and diligent manner. Indeed they display a competence and conscientious attention to detail that reflects their pride in their craft–from everyone on the project team, from the master craftsmen to the assistants. From my other experiences with similar, so-called ‘professionals’ in this country, this is a particular attribute I’ve rarely found.

And, though project scope changes were minimal, TGD is flexible, open minded and patient. Clearly TGD sincerely believes in accommodating their client’s complete satisfaction, at a high quality work standard. For my project this was accomplished against what seemed to me an aggressive timeline.
